Please keep in mind that due to our extremely busy schedules and additional COVID-19 disinfecting procedures our lateness policies have changed.

You will be charged for the full scheduled service and/or your session may need to be shortened if you are late within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. Anything after the 10 minute period is up to our discretion if we can accommodate you or cancel the appointment. If an appointment needs to be canceled a 50% service fee will be charged. 

 A credit card will be required to guarantee services at the time of booking. A 24 – hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge for any scheduled services. Same day cancellation will be charged a 50% fee.

A No-Call No-Show will be a full service charge on card.

 Gratuities are very much appreciated.

Unfortunately Due to high processing fees and in order to keep your cost of service down credit card tips are not accepted 

*** In order to keep our prices affordable a 2.5% fee is charged on any Credit /Debit Transactions.

 An honest communication is key for a great treatment. When booking your treatment, please let us know of any injury, Illness, discomfort or allergy. Also inform us if you are using any medication or Retin-A or Accutane, if you had a recent surgery, or if you are pregnant or there is a possibility of pregnancy and if you're 300lbs or more it is important for us to know so that we can accommodate with an appropriate massage bed.

 We ask you not to talk on cell phones at any time inside the spa. And please keep live conversations at low volume, in respect to other client’s relaxation time.
